Terms & Conditions

ADD YOUR TERMS HERE. SEE BELOW FOR SOME RESOURCES AND INFO.

Websites require a couple of pages on them that provide some disclaimers to protect you and the visitors to your site.

Website terms

Your website terms should let visitors know what to expect when making purchases, and how to interact with content on your site. You should let visitors know:

  • Who you are and how to contact you

  • That by using your site, your website terms apply to their use

  • What terms apply to their use of the site and your services

  • Your sales, delivery, and return policies

  • Which payment methods are accepted

  • The rules for making public comments on your site, including that copyright infringement in comments is not allowed

  • That they can’t share links to protected assets, like images and videos

  • How to contact you to report copyright infringement

  • That your content is protected by copyright laws

  • That your content can’t be used for commercial purposes by others

  • What country’s laws will govern the use of your site if there’s a dispute
