A cake should be delicious gift wrapped…

When the children were very young, I had a small cake hobby-business. Somehow even with little ones about, I managed to make cakes for happy customers. Then, we went overseas. First to Hungary, then Ukraine, then China. We were world travelers for many years. We returned in 2017 and found ourselves starting all over again. I dabbled at cake making again, but then broke my wrist. Having been a Drama teacher years before, I was blessed to get a teaching job and was in another love of mine: theatre. Several years passed, and when my fourth daughter wanted me to make her wedding cake—as I had for her sisters—that sparked an idea. I could do this again! What a thrill a specially handcrafted and luscious cake can bring to an already joyful event! A cake makes any event a party!
